What is a Shaman?
Shamanism is not a religion despite what many people believe. It is very Spiritual but there is no religion involved. For millennia, the indigenous Earth and Wisdom keepers, the medicine men and women existed all over the world. Methodologies were developed for healing that were based on upgrading the quality of the "Luminous Energy Field" (LEF). Some may refer to the LEF as the aura. This LEF contains any and all information about every aspect of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual/Energetic self. As Shamans we work to clearing the imprints that affect and can dictate every part of our lives. We work within the energetic matrix of clearing and healing imprints, trauma's and disease and by doing so we create the energetic conditions for optimal health on all levels.

* Decoupling - is an energetic tool to help you disengage the fight of flight response, which is the body's response to fear and/or stress
* Illumination - transform blocked or stuck energy in your chakras for greater freedom. Locate and remove issues that are residing in your energy field.
* Soul Retrieval - recover parts of your soul that have been left behind due to trauma, pain or an intense negative experience. The goal is to retrieve this soul part by returning it to the soul self and healing together.

Channelled Sessions
When I channel, I start from the heart centre dwelling in the space of pure divine soul essence. Although I have been working within the Angelic realm for decades, since becoming a Shaman, as with everything and everyone, we evolve. For me, it was into the the galactic realms and dimensions, as did the Shamans of Old. I work with different high frequency Galactic Beings as well as my own guides, always within Source and nothing but the highest . There is so much support for humankind at this time for they want to see us thrive as opposed to the current state of our world and the overall energy. More and more souls are awakening to this truth of reality and therefore we are being guided and supported to help us ascend in every aspect.
I am beyond humbled and grateful for all of these loving beings for their love, support and guidance that they are offering during these trying times.
